HRSI is looking candidates for the role of " Customer Services (Live Chat & Calls) " for one of E-commerce client based in karachi.
Job Type: Full-time
* Job Timings : 9 to 5 Morning and Rotational.
* Education: Inter / Graduates
* Experience: at least 6 months to 1 year at any call center.
* CONTRACT: Contractual Period: 3 Months extendable on performance based.
* Salary Range: 25k to 30k ( depend on profiles )
* ( Note) : fluent in English.
* Responsibilities / Job Description:
1. Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via chat.
2. Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
3. Learn the psychology of Internet customers and work with them accordingly to assist in closing the Transaction.
4. Learn product in order to provide the most accurate responses to customers.
5. Provide exceptional service as you respond to questions.
6. Respond to customers in expected timely manner and can manage multiple chat at a time.
7. Handle problems of the customer and provide resolution as per the SOP.
8. Work and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure user queries are resolved in short turnaround time.
9. Should be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
10. Follow pre-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies.
